It probably will come as no surprise to anyone out there that waking up bright eyed and bushy tailed is especially hard here in the Pacific Northwest in Winter after the end of Daylight Savings when the sun rises well after the morning commute (to set again shortly before the commute home). Our day often begins in a dark, quiet room with the sound of Shibas snoring and Jason panicking “GAH… slept in again…”, jumping out of bed, stumbling to the closet while promptly stubbing his toe on the cedar chest at the foot of the bed and tripping over one of the Shiba kids, now fully awake and underfoot in the shadowy room.

While this light will certainly wake you in a welcoming way, it’s still up to you to put down the hooks and needles and turn off your bedroom light at a reasonable time to go to sleep. The Wake Up Your Way Light & Alarm Clock won’t help you sleep any better, you’ll need a great mattress for that (If the folks from Sealy, Sleep Number, or Simmons are reading this, we’d be thrilled to test your product for our readers… just sayin’).
