Food & Fiber Arts Classes at BARNHey there folx! We are thrilled beyond words to be back in the grooooooove of teaching again and we wanted to let you know about a new venue for us that we have LOVED working on. The Bainbridge Artisan Resource Network (BARN) is a non-profit community center for artisans and makers and serves as a creative hub for many on Bainbridge Island and throughout our home base region in the Pacific Northwest. Here in Seattle, we are a quick but STUNNING ferry ride to Bainbridge Island so we were fortunate enough to hook up with the programing folx in their fiber arts program to plan out a series of yarn and fabric based classes before the pandemic shook everything up. Luckily, when we approached the folx at BARN about virtual programming, they were already headed in that direction and we worked with them to adapt our classes and workshops to fit this new way of interacting with our students and their members.
If you haven't heard of BARN before, be sure to check out their full website (while you're there signing up for one of our classes) to learn more about this gem right here in the Pacific Northwest that now, thanks to their virtual platform, you all can experience from all over the world!
If you have any questions about the logistics of the workshops, contact the BARN folx via their website or drop us a note here via our contact form and we'll get you where you need to go to answer your question. For now, go… enroll… and we'll see you all in the virtual classroom! STITCH ON!! S&J Comments are closed.
