Congratulations: WENDY! WOOHOO! We have emailed Wendy and she has 24 hours to reply before we have to choose another random winner.

Thank You All For Playing.
Keep Coming Back.  There Are More More Great Giveaways Happening All Month!

It's week 1 of National Crochet Month with the Shibaguyz and we're going to get this party started in a BIG way!

Y'all know we are huge fans of OttLite and, in fact, have just begun our second year of being official OttLite Ambassadors. WOOHOO!! It's true… we would be in the dark without our OttLite lamps in our studios and workstations. In the dark… get it… lamps… lights… *ahem* sorry… moving on… Recently, the folks at OttLite found yet another way to become a necessary part of our workspaces with their LED Bluetooth Speaker Lamp. Yup… OttLite has combined their gorgeous, clear light with a bluetooth speaker.
Picture
Audiobooks, music, podcasts… if you listen to it while you work, it will sound even better coming through this speaker lamp. And, recently, we've been using this speaker in our classes when we travel and teach. Before class and during lunch breaks, we've been playing our favorite tunes from our playlists on our mobile devices on this SSAA–WEEEET lamp/speaker/awesomeness.
No, we're not just teasing you going on and on about this FAB new speaker lamp. The week 1 giveaway for our National Crochet Month with the Shibaguyz celebration is sponsored by OttLite. And, yes, you have the chance to win one of these brand-spanking-new-more-FAB-than-FAB LED Bluetooth Speaker Lamps from OttLite.

I love listening to podcasts while working on my projects. One of my recent favorites is Tanis, a docu-drama that takes place in the Pacific NW (Shibaguyz neck of the woods). It's a wonderful mix of science and fiction.

I have this lamp/speaker combo in my wishlist after I saw it im my Stitches West class with you. I like to listen to classic rock - Alan Parson Project & Moody Blues - as well as light jazz - Hiroshima & Lindsey Stirling. This would also be great to hook up to my Kindle HD and watch videos, using the speaker for the sound. :-)

While I knit/crochet I tend to turn on Netflix to things I have seen a million times...it's just background noise...The Princess Bride, Willy Wonka, Criminal Minds!! When I'm knitting/crocheting it's soundtracks like Downton Abbey, Memoirs of a Geisha, or audiobooks!!

I love listening to audiobooks while I crochet. I mostly listen to the collections on kindle unlimited. This lamp would be a phenomenal addition to the crochet nook I'm designing in my home.

I just bought your new book, Crochet Geometry. It's phenomenal! I'm currently working up the Split Circle Wrap, and I couldn't be happier with it. I cannot wait to wrap myself in this flattering design. Thank you for sending your gifts of creativity into the world.

Carol Derbis

I usually have TV on for "company" - though 99% of time could not tell you what's happening on that TV. I'd prefer to listen to Classical - OR Classic Jazz - or if possible, audio books....depends on my mood. If I need "calming down", a bit of beautiful classical music - if I'm "down" maybe some classic jazz would get my feet tapping along with my hands hooking away.
I don't have a way to listen to audio books right now - so that would be great! I love reading, but run out of time...and really need to catch up with my favorite author. This Ott Lite/Speaker would be awesome!

I've recently started listening to Pandora stations in my sewing room. I'm dating myself when I say I like the 60's folk music and Beatles stations. Loved you guys at Sew Expo, wish I could have fit in your crochet class but was already booked with volunteering.
