Welcome to Week #3 of National Crochet Month with The Shibaguyz! Here we are over halfway through National Crochet Month and y'all have been so FAB to celebrate with so far! We've had great prizes, behind the scenes looks at our designs with our Inside the Designz blog posts, and our new Tuesday Tips feature over on our Instagram page (which we'll be continuing past National Crochet Month… WOOHOO!!). And we're not slowing down now! UPDATE - Week 3 Giveaway Winner AnnouncedCongratulations to Debbie D. She's won the National Crochet Month Week 3 Giveaway. Debbie left a comment on Instagram that was randomly selected. We've emailed her and she has 48 hours to reply before we have to choose another winner. Thank you to all who entered this week's giveaway. Keep crocheting! Remember to enter BOTH the Week 4 Giveaway and the Grand Prize Giveaway if you have not already done so. This week, our giveaway features a prize pack from two of our sponsors who we work with in the studio and in our classrooms when we travel and teach: Lion Brand Yarn and Eucalan. A perfect match… right? Heck yeah! Y'all know we love using Lion Brand Yarn in our designs and in our classes because they have such a wide range of accessible and high-quality yarns. And Eucalan is how we block our swatches, wash our finished fabrics, and block our finished designs. This week the folks at Lion Brand Yarns and Eucalan have generously donated some of our FAVORITE products as well as a few new ones for you all. Let's take a look…
The Getaway Gang packs include travel sizes of the five Eucalan scents including our favorites: grapefruit and lavender along with natural and eucalyptus (two more we use quite a bit) and jasmine. In addition, there is a little sewing kit and a nail file… very handy to have when traveling and a must have product: Eucalan wipes. These wipes have saved our clothes and even one of Shannon's favorite jackets on our trips. We've used them to remove tomato sauce, coffee, and the results of an exploding creamer packet on an airplane. Seriously… these have saved us enough times that we keep extras in our bags when we travel. Oh yeah… these aren't just great to have in our travel cases. We keep these in our project bags too… life happens… and being able to spot a coffee dribble from a project or do a quick wash out of a larger coffee mishap has also come in handy for us. So, yeah, we love these little kits and are happy to pass along two of them to you: one for travel, one for your project bag! So here's how you can enter to win this FAB prize pack from Lion Brand Yarns and Eucalan:
And now a word from our legal-type folks: Week 3 entries must be made by 11:59pm PT March 26, 2017. To be eligible to win, you must have a US mailing address and be at least 18 years of age. Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram are in no way involved with this giveaway and can not be held liable for prizes. There ya go! FOUR ways to enter for your chance to win this FAB prize pack from Lion Brand and Eucalan. Be sure to enter often and check your email next week to see if you've won!

I crochet in doctors offices/waiting rooms, emergency (hospital), in the truck while hubby drives and have even crocheted in a lineup at the store! Lol. Also, at the park, on the beach, on the bus helping out on my kids class trips, and on the plane trip to see my mom and gran last summer:0)

Me, I'm a knitting Girl, and my knitting goes everywhere with me... I love knitting socks since they are so compact, they fit in any purse! Knitting in public is the most fun!!!

I take my crochet everywhere, anywhere as long as it is allowed. I also meet with a group at a coffee place and they already expect us.

I crochet everywhere, whenever I get a chance. I usually have a couple of different projects going at a time, and I try to match the complexity of the project to the stress level of the waiting time.

I take small projects with me wherever I go and save the big projects for home where I have more room to work. Comments are closed.
