Congress Cloth is a fine needlepoint canvas, 100% cotton, 24 count mono thread. It is smooth and strong, perfect for any needlepoint project especially kogin sashiko. The fabric is stiffer than the 100% cotton even weave making this a great choice for bags or other items that need a little extra oomph.
