A wicked life indeed! Let's take an hour or two to dive into our sewing machines, see what makes them do what they do; and of course, keep them doing it properly! Yes, each model and make has it's own eccentricities but regardless if you have a 1974 Singer, 2001 Brother, or 2024 BERNINA there are universal truths that we intend to bring to light.


This online class requires zero previous sewing experience. It’s designed to help anyone build a solid foundation of sewing skills from the ground up. It’s also perfect for experienced stitchers who's considering purchasing a new machine or would like an in-depth refresher of the basics.
